The kitchen has in-ceiling speakers wired back to the den for a zone amp/receiver. WiFi is provided by an ATT modem and the house has fiber internet service provided by ATT. Cable TV is wired but not currently active. There is also a broadcast TV antenna in the attic with working outlets in the den, master br, and teen area colocated with logical TV areas.
The whole house natural gas generator is fully automatic coming on 20sec after power failure and shutting off 30sec after power restoration. The generator is rated at 12kW has load shedding for water heaters and HVAC should it need to drop a heavy load to keep the lights on. In use during outages, it runs all lights, TV's, computers and kitchen appliances plus air conditioning and hot water heaters. During a 2-day outage after a summer storm, we were the only house in the neighborhood to be fully powered staying comfortable in the A/C with frig and freezer running continuously.
